ParentReady ("the Service") is an AI-powered document preparation and case organization tool designed to help self-representing parents prepare for family court proceedings. The Service is operated by ParentReady ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Not Legal Advice
ParentReady is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service provides document preparation, information, and educational tools. Our outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as legal counsel. You should consult with a licensed attorney in your state for advice specific to your legal situation. We do not guarantee any court outcome.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
The Service offers one-time payment plans as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because our product involves immediate delivery of AI-generated content specific to your case, we do not offer refunds once content has been generated. The free tier allows you to evaluate the Service before purchasing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person, to file fraudulent court documents, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Documents generated through the Service are yours to use for your personal legal proceedings. The Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is the property of ParentReady and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParentReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific legal situation.
